Create Your Student Account

Choose your start date, pay the $100 registration fee (non-refundable), and submit the completed application form.

Submit Documentation

Upload required documents by Thursday before the first day of class starts.

Complete Payment

Finalize tuition with a single payment or flexible installment plan by Thursday before the first day of class.

Pick Up Textbook

Pick up your textbook from the institute by Thursday before the first day of class starts.

Proof of Education

High school diploma, GED, or official transcript.

Negative Tuberculosis Test Result

PPD skin test, blood test, or chest X-ray report. (Any one)

BLS Provider Card

Current certification from American Heart Association.

We offer CPR/BLS training if you need certification.

Primary Photo ID

Government-issued with photo and signature (Driver's License, Passport, or Texas ID).

Secondary Photo ID

Name must match primary ID (School ID, Facility ID, or Library Card).

Social Security Card

Original card required for state exam registration.

ProProctor Exam Notice

Credit/debit cards are not accepted as secondary ID for proctored exams.

ID Exception

High School ID (with photo & signature) combined with Birth Certificate is acceptable if names match.

Common Questions

Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer a flexible two-part payment plan. Pay $750 to enroll, then $625 by the Thursday before the class starts.
Do I need prior healthcare experience?
No prior experience required. Our program is designed for complete beginners and teaches everything you need to know.
How long is the program?
Our CNA certification can be completed in as little as 3 weeks for day classes, 4 weeks for evening classes, or 6 weeks for weekend sessions.
When can I start working after graduation?
Once you pass the state exam, you can begin working immediately. Most graduates find employment within 2 weeks.
