1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CNA Training Institute website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
Eligibility
To enroll in our CNA certification program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid government-issued ID
- Pass a criminal background check
- Meet health requirements for clinical training
Payment
Course fees must be paid in full before the start of class unless a payment plan has been arranged. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY PURCHASED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
By making a payment to CNA Training Institute, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable. This includes course fees, registration fees, exam fees, materials, and any other charges.
4. Attendance Policy
Students must maintain a minimum 90% attendance rate to be eligible for certification. Missed clinical hours must be made up before certification can be issued.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Arrive on time and prepared for class
- Follow all safety protocols during clinical training
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Dress professionally as required by the program
6. Certification
Successful completion of our program prepares you for the Texas CNA certification exam. CNA Training Institute is approved by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). Certification is contingent upon:
- Successful completion of all coursework
- Meeting attendance requirements
- Passing the state certification exam
- Background check clearance
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, presentations, and handouts, are the property of CNA Training Institute and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CNA Training Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Texas, before pursuing other legal remedies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
